Another good days work to be honest. Every game's tough in this league. They were very physical, a big strong side and they made it difficult for us. In the first half we started well and opened them up with some quality football. We scored the first goal as the keeper made a save from Bussy (Bussens) and there was Matt Nolan to score his first goal.

Then there was a cracking goal from Gary McGee, a good one-two with Smudger (Adam Smith) down the left flank and he got in behind them and squared it and there was Gary to put it in the net.

In the second half they came at us a little bit and then they scored against the run of play. It put us on the edge of our seats a little bit, but ten minutes from time Matty Nolan scored an absolute pearler.

The ball was bobbling towards the edge of the box and he just spanked it and it hit the underside of the bar and bounced up into the roof of the net.

The boys worked hard and were strong as a unit and played some good football at times. It was a good three points away from home and another good shift from the lads so we're well pleased with them.

We've got a break from league action and they don't come any bigger than the FA Cup and it's a great tie for us - Boston with all their recent history being in League Two and Paul Gascoigne used to be the player coach.

They're the favourites, they're from a higher level and they've got good support like us. By all accounts they're going to bring around 300 fans with them and with our support as well it should be a huge crowd which will be fitting for the FA Cup. We're really looking forward to it. It's a great opportunity to see how far we've come and test ourselves against opposition from a higher level.

They're a quality side but we know what we've got in our camp and we've got quality players at Lowestoft.

We know a little bit about them and we're aware they're a quality side and I'm sure they'll cause us some problems, but it's up to answer any questions they've got to ask.

The fans are awesome at our place so there should be a cracking atmosphere and they can make a big, big difference to us.

Also in any cup game you've got to have the quality but you also need a bit of Lady Luck on the day.

If you couple that with hard work, then you've always got a chance.

We'll make late decisions on the fitness of Jamie Godbold, Scott Mitchell, Richard Woodrow and Dale Cockrill before the game.
