The club's players and volunteers will turn out on March 27-28 to organise their annual project, which this year will include installing a dedicated artificial turf two-lane net facility, siting a new storage container, refurbishing the home and away changing rooms, men's showers and toilet area, cleaning out and refurbishing the score hut, refurbishing the electronic scoreboard, painting the sight-screens, repairing the portable net cages, cleaning the tea-room and kitchen and rolling the club-turf artificial wicket on the square.

With all attendees over the weekend receiving a free Natwest cricket force 2010 t-shirt, hot and cold drinks and light refreshments will also be available.

“The club is in real need of volunteers in all events that it undertakes and in particular to make this very necessary event worthwhile to ensure that the ground is ready for the season,” a club spokesman said.

“Please make every effort to attend for as short or as long a time as possible to help improve your club as Your Club Needs You!”
