FOOTBALL: New venue for Summer Cup
ONE of the region's most popular youth football tournaments is set to be held at a new venue later this year.The Norwich City FC Football in the Community (FITC) Summer Cup, sponsored by Aviva, takes place at Redmayne Playing Fields, Norwich on the weekend of June 26/27 .

The Norwich City FC Football in the Community (FITC) Summer Cup, sponsored by Aviva, takes place at Redmayne Playing Fields, Norwich on the weekend of June 26/27 .
Last year FITC welcomed over 200 teams from across the eastern region to the tournament, which is now in its tenth year and is on course to be even more popular in 2010.
FITC Football Development Manager Darran Lovell said: 'We really pride ourselves in providing a tournament that is inclusive and creates the right spirit and is enjoyed by all the players, family and spectators who attend and we hope that 2010 will be no exception.'

The tournament is open to all boys U7 to U14 and girls U10 to U16 from clubs of all abilities. A maximum of two teams per club can entered for each age group, with entry costing �15 per team.
