ALL roads lead to the Crown Meadow tomorrow as an estimated 2,000 fans are expected to converge on the home of the Ryman League Division One North champions.

And sending out a rallying call to fans of the Trawler Boys this week, a proud Lowestoft Town chairman Gary Keyzor called on fervent fans to turn out en masse to honour the Blues tremendous success.

At about 5pm tomorrow, the roars will echo out around town as Ryman League chairman Alan Turvey and football secretary Bruce Badcock present the players and management with the championship trophy and mementoes.

It promises to be a fun-filled day of entertainment for all the family as Keyzor said: 'It will be a real family event, with face painting, clowns, balloon making, an ice-cream van and the launch of our new home kit - as well as the chance to see the players and management lift the Ryman League Division One North trophy.'

To tie in with this, all youngsters under the age of 16 will receive FREE entry tomorrow,

'It is a real club day for all the family and with kids under 16 entitled to free entrance as well as the trophy presentation after the game we hope hundreds of fans will turn out to pay tribute to the team for their efforts this season,' Keyzor said.

And The Journal will also be represented at tomorrow's match as vendors sell a special commemorative family fun day goody bag, which will contain the Lowestoft Journal, bottled water, a bar of chocolate and a blue and white sports hat… all for 2.

With the trophy to be presented at the end of the game, the club were this week making special arrangements to ensure that the ceremony and lap of honour from the players and management went ahead with all fans being kept off the pitch.

'All supporters must keep off the pitch at all times - the presentation ceremony can not take place if there are any spectators on the pitch,' a club spokesman said.
