Town are still searching for their first victory of the season, following five defeats and four draws from their first nine games.

“The bottom line is, if results don't improve there will be changes,” confessed Keane.

“I'll be losing my job if results don't improve.”

The Town boss also revealed that skipper Alex Bruce would miss both this week's trips to Yorkshire, because of a groin injury sustained during the 4-0 defeat.

That means Bruce will sit out today's visit to Sheffield United, and this Saturday's test at Barnsley.

But Gareth McAuley might return after injury.
