ALL roads lead to Leicestershire tomorrow as the Kirkley & Pakefield bandwagon attempts to roll on.

And ahead of The Royals first-ever appointment in the FA Cup second qualifying round there was an opportunity for players and officials to glimpse the world famous prize last night as E.ON's 'Road to Wembley' initiative hit Walmer Road.

The prestigious FA Cup trophy was displayed in the club's corridors as staff, players and fans all converged on south Lowestoft as part of the roadshow.

With E.ON running their 'Great Saves' campaign this season, which focuses on great saves on the pitch and great energy saves in the home, K&P goalkeeper Robert Woodcock took centre stage after his heroics - both in goal and scoring a decisive penalty - in the last round.

Buoyed by a stunning 5-0 away win at Walsham-le-Willows in the FA Vase last Saturday, the management duo of Stewart Larter and Jon Reynolds will have some tough decisions to make ahead of tomorrow's clash at Hinckley United.

A bus has been organised for supporters to back The Royals, and this leaves the Walmer Road clubhouse at 9am.

If a replay is required following tomorrow's match it will be held next Wednesday night, 7.45pm, at Walmer Road with normal admission prices.

If no replay is needed, K&P will entertain Norwich United in the Ridgeons League Knockout Cup first round on Wednesday (7.45pm KO) at Walmer Road with the winners at home to Fakenham.

Tomorrow, Kirkley & Pakefield Reserves entertain Horsford at Walmer Road, with the A team away to Pot Black at Normanston Park and the B team at home (Walmer Road) against Oxford Arms Reserves, all 2.30pm KO.

Tomorrow night, there will be a special fundraising event for the club's youth team.

The U18 side will be representing K&P once more at the Haarlem Cup in Holland next year - and to raise funds for the competition, there will be Cine Racing, a raffle, quiz, food and prize draws.

The fundraising evening will be at Walmer Road, starting at 7.30pm, with all welcome to attend.

Off the field this week, first team captain Joe Jefford has been kept busy as he fixes the new sponsor boards around the ground.

Tickets are still on sale for the club's pre match meal on Saturday, October 17 against Histon.

Match day sponsors are still sought for the November 7 home game against Debenham and December 5 match with Hadleigh.
