KIRKLEY and Pakefield face a replay against Yaxley on Wednesday having drawn 4-4 after extra-time on Saturday in the FA Vase.

Liam Palmer put Yaxley ahead before Paul Highfield's equaliser left it all-square at half-time.

Liam Harold restored Yaxley's advantage early in the second period, only for Nathan Stone to level matters almost immediately.

Ricky Hailstone's penalty looked to have won it for Yaxley, but Louis Blois grabbed a late goal to send the tie into extra-time.

Substitute Jamie Stokeld put Kirkley ahead for the first time, but they could not finish the job and Yaxley forced an equaliser to send the sides back to Walmer Road.

Meanwhile, Lowestoft Town kept their unbeaten record in the Ridgeons Premier League in tact and extended their lead at the top to nine points courtesy of a 3-1 home win against Harwich and Parkeston.
