A SPECIAL charity football match will take centre stage at Walmer Road this Sunday (May 2).

K&P's youth managers will take on the club's adult managers to raise funds for the Patrick Stead Hospital - the chosen charity of the late Andy Jefford, who died last year.

The Andy Jefford charity match kicks off at noon, with the gates at Walmer Road opening at 11am. Local bands Matrix and Aardvark will be performing during the day, with Beach Radio's bouncy castle and a barbecue running all day.

Donations will be accepted from supporters and players on the day, and following this match the veterans will be playing their last match of the season, kicking off at 3pm.
