Entries were low for club racing at Waveney & Oulton Broad Yacht Club.

Several junior members were away at the youth team racing event at Wroxham and most Waveneys have yet to make an appearance.

Ben Falat won both Fast Handicap races in his Phantom, ahead of Richard Fryer's RS300. Geoff Little and Sue Harper in Naiad won both the Waveney class race and the Mixed Keels.

Sunday saw more boats on the water but the conditions were very tricky with a breeze that was light and very shifty.

Veronica Falat won the first Fast Handicap race in her Streaker but her husband Ben was a long way clear of the rest of the fleet in the second and won comfortably on corrected time. John Lockwood and Helen Taylor in Moonraker won the Squib class race while Trevor and Jake Balls in Creeping Jenny emerged as winners of the Waveneys. In the Mixed Keels race Naiad won with Creeping Jenny second.
