THE freezing weather continues to disrupt Lowestoft's fixtures with both the Brentwood Town and Potters Bar Town games being postponed.

With little respite being forecast, tomorrow's game away to Concord Rangers would seem to be in doubt.

Next Tuesday a re-arrangement in fixtures sees the Blues away to East Thurrock United with the originally scheduled Championship Manager fourth round tie provisionally put back a week to January 19.

The Reserves too have been hit by the weather and have managed just a single game since the beginning of December. Last week's visit to Whitton United Reserves was postponed and prospects are looking bleak for Saturday's home game against Woodbridge Town Reserves.

They have another game pencilled in for Tuesday evening when Diss Town Reserves are the visitors to the Meadow.

The Youth team had their game against Norwich United Youth postponed during the week and are scheduled to entertain Cromer Town Youth next Wednesday.

The first team's four postponed games have all now been re-dated and they are as follows:

Brentwood away - Tuesday February 23

Maldon Town away - Tuesday March 16

Brentwood home - Tuesday March 9 (to be confirmed)

Potters Bar Town home - Tuesday March 23.

A brief look at the season to date, sees that the Blues have won 22 of the 31 games played, losing just four. The 75 goals scored by the Town in those 31 games have been shared amongst 17 players with Matt Nolan leading the way with 18 followed by Gary McGee on 12.

Of the first team squad, only Neil Plaskett and keeper Andy Reynolds have failed to score this season. There are no ever presents in the side with Adam Smith and Craig Bussens heading the lists with 29 appearances each followed by Greg Crane, Jamie Godbold, Gary McGee, Neil Plaskett and Andy Reynolds on 28.

Six teenagers have also been given their bow with their first senior appearance this season.
