A STRONG Histon Reserves side lifted themselves out of the Ridgeons League relegation places after a 4-1 home win over a hard-working Lowestoft Town side.

A STRONG Histon Reserves side lifted themselves out of the Ridgeons League relegation places after a 4-1 home win over a hard-working Lowestoft Town side.

Tuesday evening's 4-1 triumph over the FA Vase finalists meant Swaffham drop into the bottom three, as the Trawlerboys penultimate game of the season went the way of Histon.
