Lowestoft Town’s home game postponed

PUBLISHED: 16:07 23 November 2010

LOWESTOFT Town’s scheduled Ryman League Premier Division fixture tonight (Tuesday) against Billericay Town at Crown Meaodw has fallen foul of the conditions.

Heavy rain in the town today has made the pitch unplayable, and a Lowestoft spokesman told The Journal this afternoon: “Tonight’s Ryman League Premier Division fixture between Lowestoft Town and Billericay Town has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.”

The game will be rescheduled for a later date.
