Holders Hearts of Oak were locked in a tight game with Pot Black and edged through courtesy of a late Adam Taylor goal whereas Waveney Reserves secured a 2-0 win against Beccles Caxton Reserves.

In the league Norton Athletic maintained their fight with Pot Black for second place by defeating Kirkley & Pakefield A 3-2 with goals from Hills, Harriman and Green. Norton now sit on level points with Pot Black but have played a game more.

The most exciting game in the division saw Barsham win a seven goal affair at Blundeston Magpies whose fine early season form has since deserted them.

Wrentham had a comfortable 4-1 win at neighbours Sole Bay Reserves whilst FC Hearts failed to turn up for their scheduled game with Spexhall.

The leaders of the second division, Corton White Horse Seltic, had a good day as they ran out 3-1 winners at Oulton Broad & Notley's Reserves. This helped them extend their lead to 14 points as their nearest challengers all dropped points.

Ole Frank amazingly shared eight goals with Crusaders whilst Norton Athletic were held to a 1-1 stalemate at LIFC. Pakefield Re-United put themselves back in the frame for runners up with a narrow 2-1 win at Bungay Town A whilst Hopton White Hart were also held 1-1 at strugglers Ellingham.

Finally Waveney Gunners ran out 4-0 winners against Oxford Arms Reserves to open up a six-point gap between themselves and Ellingham and leapfrog Oulton Broad in the battle to stay in the division of which Oxford Arms Reserves are already doomed.

The third division saw the top two both record wins, GY Town Hall 4-1 at Marquis of Lorne and Suffolk Punch 3-1 against Westhall.

Waveney A and Earsham drew 1-1 in a mid table stalemate whilst Spexhall Reserves scored the only goal in their match with Blundeston Magpies Reserves.

The Harleston Town Reserves versus K&P B match was postponed.
