Parkrun spree for Lowestoft Road Runner members

Lowestoft Road Runners had 18 members in local parkrun events on Saturday. Fourteen were at Lowestoft among a field of 171.

Tom Galley led the club in second with 19.16, in his 50th event. Third was Carl Prewer 19.30, fourth Aaron Shrimpton 19.50, seventh Thomas Spalding with a new best of 20.32, eighth James Pettit and 14th Lee Gooderham 21.32.

Katy Oldman was third lady, beating her best by 36 seconds with 21.42. Matthew Reynolds was 19th with 21.49, 29th Jonathan Meadows 22.45, 31st Gary McDonald 22.51, 50th Philip Ayers 24.11, 65th Vivien Saunders 25.28, 85th Harvey Bradley 26.29 and 86th Florence Ashdown 26.36.

Matt Ellis, Matthew Sutton and Philip Laurier were at Gorleston with times of 25.46, 35.01 and 1.00.47 respectively.

David Smith was 65th at Brundall in 28.55 while Emma Garrard was 165th in 26.50 at Milton Keynes. Matthew Sutton ran his sixth Cambridge Boundary Run, finishing in four hours.
