KIRKLEY & Pakefield continue their away day trips again tomorrow when they play at the Glass World Stadium against Histon Town Reserves.

K&P drew 2-2 at home against the same opponents in front of a season's lowest crowd of 92 earlier in the season.

For tomorrow's trip, Nathan Stone is available after suspension but Justin Fox will have to sit it out until Saturday, March 21, after his five-match ban for the red card he received during the match at Needham Market.

Midfielder Bodie Carter is making good progress since his broken leg injury at Felixstowe in November.

But all at the club were saddened to hear that the talented Joel Haverson had suffered the same injury in an A team fixture on Saturday against Pot Black, which had to be abandoned with the score 0-0.

The wheels are now being set in motion for a charity match against the same opponents on Tuesday, March 24, under floodlights, with more details to be had soon.

K&P Reserves went back to the top of the league with a 1-0 win at St Andrews and are next in action on Tuesday night at Walmer Road against Wymondham Town in the league, kick off 7.45pm.

That is because tomorrow at Walmer Road, kick off 2.15pm, it is the Suffolk Senior Cup semi final between Beccles Town and Leiston St Margarets, who play in the SIL.

The winners will play Corton or Cranes Sports in the final at Portman Road.

Admission tomorrow is £4, £2 for senior citizens and £1 for kids.

K&P A travel to Barsham tomorrow, while the B team - buoyed by reaching the semi finals of the John Moore Shield last week - entertain Westhall at Walmer Road tomorrow (2.30pm KO).

The youth team are next in action on Thursday night at North Walsham.

Saturday, May 9, is the presentation night, while Friday, May 15, gentleman's night with former Liverpool and Republic of Ireland star Ronnie Whelan and top comic and four course meal - with tickets for both out soon.
