SUFFOLK U18 team's scheduled start to the FA County Youth Cup, which they've won for the past two seasons, was due to commence tonight (Thursday) - but the scheduled fixture against Hertfordshire at Needham Market FC has been cancelled.

The game has been postponed due to Hertfordshire being unable to raise a team.

The decision of the outcome of the match will be made at a later date. Suffolk's squad for the game had included four locally-based players - Chris Sandford and Jon Lovelock of Lowestoft Town FC and James Bemment and Taz Grint of Kirkley and Pakefield FC.
