IPSWICH Town legend Tony Mowbray has been appointed as the new Celtic manager this afternoon, the club have confirmed.The former West Brom manager will bring assistant Mark Venus and first-team coach Peter Grant, a former Celtic team-mate, with him to Parkhead and current Hoops coach Neil Lennon will also join the new management team.

The former West Brom manager will bring assistant Mark Venus and first-team coach Peter Grant, a former Celtic team-mate, with him to Parkhead and current Hoops coach Neil Lennon will also join the new management team.
Mowbray, who famously scored the equaliser against Barnsley in Town's First Division playoff victory in 2000, will meet the media at a press conference at Celtic Park tomorrow morning.
