ROY Keane is set to strengthen his struggling Ipswich Town team with two new signings, it has been reported.

Celtic captain Stephen McManus, a Scottish international centre-back, has reportedly agreed to come to Portman Road on an initial loan move with a view to a £2.

Celtic captain Stephen McManus, a Scottish international centre-back, has reportedly agreed to come to Portman Road on an initial loan move with a view to a £2.5m permanent deal.

And Town also look set to add Sunderland midfielder Grant Leadbitter to the squad after the Black Cats and Blues agreed a fee for the player.

Leadbitter, who has slipped down the pecking order at the Stadium of Light, is said to be travelling to Ipswich for talks with the club.
