Waveney Gymnastics Club to hold free taster sessions

PUBLISHED: 16:58 26 January 2012

WAVENEY Gymnastics Club has been successful in securing funding from the NHS to deliver two free taster sessions during the February half term.

The free disability taster sessions will be held on Friday, February 17 between 1pm and 2pm for the first session, and 2pm to 3pm for the second session.

The free sessions take place at Waveney Gymnastics Club in Southwell Road, Lowestoft, with six places available per session (for youngsters aged over five).

“Individuals must pre-book by contacting us on 01502 501419,” Chloe McMorran, centre manager, said.

“A registration pack will then be sent to you, which will include a Waveney Gymnastics’ Care Plan. This must be returned when registering for the session, once these have been looked at by our Special Needs Coaches, your place will be confirmed via letter or phone call.”

Individuals that turn up on the day without pre-booking will not be able to attend the session.

“If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the centre on 01502 501419,” Ms McMorran added.
