Entertainment aplenty at the Marina Theatre in Lowestoft

After a successful pantomime season, the jam packed schedule of quality entertainment at the Marina Theatre continues this week.

Beginning tonight, (Friday, January 6) at 7pm, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart return to the West End stage in Harold Pinter's No Man's Land (15) - broadcast live on the big screen from Wyndham's Theatre, London. All seats: £10.Attention then turns to another film, Allied, which stars Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard.

It will be shown at 2.30pm and 7.30pm on January 9 and 10.

The film schedule continues as Sully (12A) is shown at 2.30pm on Wednesday, January 11 and at 2.30pm and 7.30pm on Thursday, January 12.

Captain 'Sully' Sullenberger was the pilot of a plane with 155 people on board.

England's most easterly amateur orchestra, Waveney Sinfonia, makes its second ever visit to the Marina with two wonderful classics on Saturday, January 14 at 7.30pm.

This is before The Lowestoft Players present Snow White, a spectacular comedy pantomime for all the family from Saturday, January 21 to Sunday, January 29.
