A show, which commemorates music, songs and sketches that helped to win the war, will be performed at the Seagull Theatre in Pakefield next week.
Songs of Remembrance, by Full House Productions, includes songs and medleys by the likes of Vera Lynn, Flanagan & Allen, The Andrews Sisters, The Glenn Miller Big band, Doris Day and Max Miller as a cast of singers and dancers perform next Thursday, November 9 at 7.30pm. Songs of Remembrance includes sing-along sections and audience participation and promises 'a nostalgic and humorous trip down memory lane' as the cast pay a sentimental tribute to the popular songs of the time, as well as sketches and poems. Producer Paul Amer said: 'We are really looking forward to coming to the Seagull Theatre for the first time with this show.'
