A HOST of legendary 60s artists, an ex EastEnders star and a former reality star are some of the talents at Lowestoft's Marina Theatre this week.

Former Big Brother contestant Grace Adams-Short joins Eric Potts and Damian Williams in the classic comedy Doctor In The House at Lowestoft's Marina Theatre this weekend.

The production, which is on tonight and tomorrow, follows the inexperienced young medical student Simon Sparrow as he begins his five-year internship at St. Swithin's Teaching Hospital. There he continually runs afoul of the head surgeon Sir Lancelot Sprat, however his social life is spiced up when student repeaters Tony Grimsdyke and John Evans take him under their collective wing.

On Sunday Oh Boy! It's the Non Stop 60s celebrates the swinging decade, with appearances from a number of legendary singers.

P.J. Proby, Mike Pender, Chris Farlowe, Brian Poole and Vanity Fare will all be on stage as they perform some of their unforgettable hits, including Maria by PJ Proby, Handbags and Gladrags from Chris Farlowe, Twist and Shout by Brian Poole, Hitchin' A Ride by Vanity Fare and Sweets For My Sweet from former lead singer of The Searchers Mike Pender.

On Monday and Tuesday the Marina celebrates a major coup as top comedian Lee Evans performs his two sell out shows.

From Wednesday, classic thriller Strangers On A Train begins a four day run as Hannah Waterman, Benjamin Roddy and Nick Barclay star in the mystery and suspense-packed production.

Patricia Highsmith's powerful and compelling psychological thriller, which was famously made into a classic film by Alfred Hitchcock, has been adapted especially for stage and will be on stage nightly at 7.30pm, with a special matinee performance at 2.30pm next Saturday.

Fans of musical theatre will then be given a real treat when Masters Of The Musical, a celebration combining the best of Broadway and the West End, takes to the Marina stage next Sunday.
