A vibrant classical ballet will hit the stage at the Marina Theatre in Lowestoft next month.

Russian National Ballet present The Nutcracker on Friday, October 13 at 7.30pm.

This is a family orientated production with the fairytale element and some added glitz with stunning new costumes.

A highly accessible ballet, full of familiar music such as the ‘Waltz of the flowers’ and the ‘Dance of the Sugar Plum fairy,’ set designer Lubov Sidelnikova said: “The Nutcracker is a delightful and kind fairytale with a gemstone of Tchaikovsky’s music. I wanted to embed the set design of the ballet as the perfect dream of a flawless world where everyone is happy, and good always triumphs over evil.”

You can be part of the magic on an unforgettable journey in the run-up to Christmas. Tickets cost £22, concessions £20, privilege card holders £19, Under 12’s £15. Call the box office on 01502 533200 or visit www.marinatheatre.co.uk to book.
