TIME is running out for those wishing to enter a competition to design the CD cover of Murphy's Lore's 10th anniversary gig.

The band held their special gig at Lowestoft's Triangle Tavern in aid of the League of Friends of the James Paget University Hospital and is now planning to sell a CD of the performance to raise more funds.

Local people are being invited to design the front cover of the folk band's CD, which is provisionally entitled Not To Be Sniffed At, and the prize for winning is the opportunity to attend another fundraising event in an old fire engine.

The event, From Beatles to Beethoven, is being organised by Kimble Reynolds and will be taking place St Margaret's Church, Lowestoft, on August 1.

The closing date for the competition is Friday, July 25, and entries can be sent to Kimble Reynolds, Old Fire Station Piano Gallery, Church Road, Blundeston, NR32 5AJ.

Tickets for the concert will be £5 and are available from 01502 732798 or on the door.
