THE Lowestoft Players make their final performances of Carousel at Lowestoft's Marina Theatre tonight and tomorrow.

The musical features a much loved score including Soliloquy, If I Loved You and You'll Never Walk Alone, and the final chances to see the show are at 7.30pm, with a special matinee tomorrow at 2.30pm.

On Sunday audiences will be able to relive the spirit of the 40s as We'll Meet Again returns by popular demand. It presents an afternoon of Hits from the Blitz from 3pm, with a number of sing-a-long tunes.

The celebration pays tribute to the legendary stars of the war years, including Vera Lynn, Donald Peers, Gracie Fields, George Formby, Bing Crosby, and famous comedians, Robb Wilton, Max Miller, and Tessie O'Shea.

Next Friday X Factor finalists Journey South appear in concert. The duo were signed by Simon Cowell and BMG after narrowly missing out on the top prize, and have gone on to release a platinum selling self-titled debut album and tour the country.
