This is the band's first gig after supporting Fightstar at The Waterfront and it could be the last time they play at The Brewery.

On Christmas Eve the venue will be open late for a free party night and on Saturday, December 27, Faster than Robots return for another free evening of entertainment.

Faster than Robots are an experimental pop trio, drawing influences from Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr and Pavement. They balance poppy chorus's with jangley guitar, fuzzy bass and the occasional burst of screeching feedback.

The Brewery Tap is also open on New Years Eve. There will be free entry, a pool table and jukebox available so people can choose their own soundtracks for the evening.

All nights are 17 plus admission only.
