Tonight and tomorrow night, the Quaysiders theatre group will present one of the very popular Farndale Women comedies for the first time.

The Haunted Through Lounge and Recessed Dining Nook at Farndale Castle sees the ladies of the Farndale Avenue Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society making a hilarious spectacle of themselves in a sinister, spine chilling murder mystery

On Sunday evening The Best Factor sees some of the top acts from The S Factor 2009 take to the stage again. Last year's winner Lily Ayers, dancer Ivie King, band Goldrush and singers Ella Hart and Katy Jones, will all perform.

The Black Ram Theatre Company will return on Wednesday with Someone who'll watch over me.

This is a heartrending and powerful drama based upon the experience of Brian Keenan and two companions held hostage in Lebanon.

On Thursday night rising star Ria Ritchie will perform a free acoustic show in the bar, while next Friday The Seagull Community Choir perform a first anniversary concert.

Also next weekend will see a performance from the Suffolk-based Open Space Theatre Company.

They performed 84 Charing Cross Road earlier this year, and on Saturday, May 22 they will bring Tennessee Williams' classic The Glass Menagerie to the Seagull.
