The music of Hendrix, Clapton and Cream to be celebrated at town theatre

People are being encouraged to be a part of an incredible homage to three legends in music – Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Cream – as an explosive new production hits Lowestoft this Saturday night.
Packed with high energy and performed by some of the UK’s finest musicians, this is a true fans production that will be staged at the Marina Theatre in Lowestoft.
On the theatre’s big screen this week will be Mary Queen of Scots (15) which explores the turbulent life of the charismatic Mary Stuart.
Mary Queen of Scots will be shown on Monday, February 18, Tuesday, February 19, Wednesday, February 20 and Friday, February 22 – all at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
The Searchers will play at the Marina on Thursday, February 21 in their farewell concert tour.
With record sales of more than 50 million, The Searchers have been touring the globe for more than 50 years. They have now decided to retire and this concert will include all their famous hits as well as anecdotes of their remarkable career.
Expect to hear all the classic hits including Sweets for My Sweet, Needles and Pins and Sugar and Spice. Tickets limited.
