Popular performances to be showcased at venue

Music, laughs and popular performances will take to the stage at the Seagull Theatre in Pakefield.

For the final time on Friday, October 6 the Fabba Theatre Company for adults with learning difficulties present their latest high octane offering ‘Ghost Busters return’. Full of energy, large on laughs and overwhelming with enthusiasm, tickets cost £8/£7.

On Saturday, at 7.30pm, the Seagull Theatre is delighted to welcome back Rod Clark and friends for a fantastic night of music from the 1950s and 60s. This is a Seagull fundraising event, with tickets costing £10.

On Sunday, October 8, at 7.30pm, Andy Davis hosts the ever popular monthly Karaoke evening in the Foyer Bar. Admission free.

Next Tuesday, October 10, at 7.30pm, virtuoso blues player, Matthew Fox will entertain. Matthew is a guitarist and songwriter whose Southern roots run deep. Performances showcase his acclaimed Americana songwriting as well as traditional Blues. He has appeared on stages, radio and at workshops throughout the USA, British Isles and Scandinavia and is touring the UK again in support of his 2017 release, “That Crooked Stage”.’ Tickets £5.

On Friday, October 13, at 7.30pm, the Seagull welcomes Rogues Chorus – Shanty Choir with “Shanties, Sails and Smugglers Tales 2.” Back by popular demand, the Rogues Shanty Chorus is a collective that celebrates the heritage, culture and legacy of Lowestoft’s bygone seafaring communities through performance of the music they left. This show is very likely to sell out so please book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets cost £8/£6.

On October 14, at 7.30pm, The Stuff of Dreams Theatre Company present, Anglian Mist’, by Tim Lane and Cordelia Spence. This thrilling drama is set in the days of the Cold War. Tickets £10/£8.

On October 15, at 2.30pm, for the first time at the Seagull a ‘one-dog’ show - ‘Once upon a Labrador’ – is presented. This show features Alfie the Labrador. Charles Garland does all the talking. Tickets £10.
