A popular monthly comedy night will return to Lowestoft this weekend.

Provided by Lowestoft promoters, WCB Comedy, the comedy night returns to the Flying Dutchman at 8pm on Sunday – and will feature one of the finest up and coming headliners from the UK circuit.

Ben Briggs’ (pictured) likeable stage presence and sharp material has made him in demand as an act and compere up and down the country, after reaching the final of the Midlands Comedian of the Year.

Ben has appeared at the Birmingham, Nottingham, Edinburgh and Leicester Comedy Festivals and debuted his first hour show, Solo Traveller in 2012 at the Leicester Comedy Festival to a sell-out audience and great reviews. A year later another sell out show – All Growed Up – followed and he returned to the festival in 2014 with a new hour long show entitled The Evolution of Me (whoever that is) which also sold out.

Other acts include Ray Davis, Kevin Connerly, Nig Lovell and Aiden ‘Taco’ Jones.

Show starts at 8pm and is completely free. For more information visit www.wcbcomedy.com
