A cast of singers and dancers will take to the stage at The Seagull Theatre in Pakefield for a special production in November.
Songs of Remembrance will be performed on Thursday, November 9 as part of a show by Full House Productions, which commemorates music, songs and sketches that helped win the war.
With songs and medleys made famous by Vera Lynn, Flanagan & Allen, The Andrews Sisters, The Glenn Miller Big band, Doris Day, Max Miller and more, the show includes sing-a-long sections and audience participation as the cast pay a sentimental tribute to the popular songs of the time, as well as sketches and poems.
Dancer and singer Scarlet Black said: “We are really looking forward to coming to the Seagull to pay our respects for Remembrance Day and the Remembrance weekend.”
The show starts at 7.30pm with tickets at £12 and £10 for concessions, with discount rates available for parties of eight or more. Call the venue on 01502 589726 or visit www.theseagull.co.uk
