TALENTED young singers, musicians and bands still have time to sign up for a special music event being held in Oulton Broad this July.

Performers aged between 13 and 25 from the Waveney area have the chance to take part in the event, with two Lowestoft auditions set to take place next month. Anyone else between these ages who would like to help out is also invited to attend, with judges and an organisation team all key to putting the event together.

The music extravaganza will be just one element of a day of activities for young people at Nicholas Everitt Park. The event, on Saturday, July 10, is being organised by V Involved with the support of Suffolk Police.

The extra auditions will be held at Colville House on Tuesday, June 1 and Boston Lodge on Friday, June 4.

For more details of the event or the auditions or to book your place contact Louise Crisp at V Involved on 01502 530632 or 07919 046373 or email louisecrisp@suffolkonline.net
