THE Marina Theatre, in Lowestoft, continues its summer film season tonight with a final chance to catch Terminator Salvation (12A) on the big screen followed tomorrow with family comedy Night At The Museum 2 (PG).

THE Marina Theatre, in Lowestoft, continues its summer film season tonight with a final chance to catch Terminator Salvation (12A) on the big screen followed tomorrow with family comedy Night At The Museum 2 (PG).

A host of blockbuster and family films are set to follow over the coming weeks including Hannah Montana, Coraline, Ice Age 3, Year One, Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince, Aliens In The Attic, The Proposal, G Force and Land Of The Lost.

Films aimed an older audience include Public Enemies, My Sisters Keeper, Terminator Salvation, Transformers, Bruno and The Taking Of Pelham 123.

On Tuesday the Marina welcomes the national touring production of Singin' In The Rain - set to be one of the largest musicals ever staged in the town.

Olivier award winner Tim Flavin leads the cast as Don Lockwood in the role immortalised by Gene Kelly.

Tim's previous credits include 42nd Street, My One and Only and Crazy For You as well as Kiss Me Kate, White Christmas and Chicago.

Produced by the team behind hit shows 42nd Street, Disney's Beauty and the Beast and South Pacific this brand new production features a host of hit songs including Good Morning, Make 'em Laugh, Moses Supposes, You Were Meant For Me and, of course, the most famous song and dance number of all time, Singin' in the Rain.

Performances run nightly at 7.30 through to Saturday, July 25, with matinees at 2.30pm on Wednesday and Saturday.
